Procurement and Construction
Advice at the procurement stage of the project, in securing suitable contractors for the project, along with full site management.
Financial
The management of contractor and supplier payments and the provision of financial reports.
Planning and Programming
Selection and appointment of contractors, incorporating full scheduling, implementing and reportable control procedures for costs, time and quality.
Meetings
The organisation, scheduling, chairing, and reporting of all appropriate meetings required in the course of the project.
Legal and Human Resources
Management of all legal contracts and warranties required for the project, including commercial advice and negotiation. Risk assessment, management and reporting coupled with Quality and Health and Safety management.
Testing and Handover
Full management of the testing, commissioning and handover procedures and functions including defect management.
